MMS Travel Agency acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. The contract for each travel service is between you and that supplier, and the supplier's own conditions govern how it is performed.

Prices and availability
Travel prices, space, schedules and conditions remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation at the time of booking.
Supplier conditions
Airlines, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers apply their own change, cancellation, refund and service conditions.
Visa information
Visa guidance does not guarantee approval or timing. Decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or authority.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for accurate names, valid documents, entry eligibility and compliance with destination requirements.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding and original materials may not be reproduced or misrepresented without permission.
Payments and cancellation
Amounts, deadlines, deposits and cancellation charges are those stated in the written proposal and confirmation issued for the booking, together with the supplier's own rules. Some fares and rates are non-refundable from the moment they are issued.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included unless the confirmation says so. Travellers are strongly advised to hold cover appropriate to the trip, including medical treatment and cancellation.
Liability
Our responsibility is the care and accuracy of the arrangements we make for you. We are not liable for a supplier's acts, omissions or insolvency, nor for events outside reasonable control such as weather, strike, closure or government action. Where we are found liable, that liability is limited to the value of the arrangements we handled for the affected booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
