Relevant information may be shared with airlines, hotels, visa service channels and other suppliers only as needed to process a requested service.

We take reasonable measures to protect information and retain it only for legitimate service, accounting, legal or operational requirements.
How long we keep information
An enquiry that does not lead to a booking is kept for up to twelve months. Records connected to a confirmed booking are kept for five years from the end of the financial year in which the service was provided, to meet accounting and tax record requirements in the United Arab Emirates.
Analytics, hosting, maps and technical logs
We use privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics to measure page usage and conversion actions without sending enquiry contents or contact details. Enquiry messages are delivered to our team by e-mail through Resend, our e-mail delivery provider. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may also process limited security and request logs. Embedded map content is provided by Google and may apply its own privacy and cookie practices.
International processing
Travel services can require relevant information to be processed in the destination or supplier jurisdiction, subject to the safeguards available for the requested service.

You may ask to access, correct or delete website enquiry information, subject to applicable legal, accounting and operational retention requirements.
