  • Makkah and/or Madinah accommodation with confirmed hotel, room and meal plan.
  • Flights, airport transfers and intercity transport only according to the selected final proposal.
  • Saudi visa or application coordination for eligible travellers when listed as included.
  • Guided assistance, ziyarat and mobility support only where specifically confirmed.
  • MMS supplier coordination, final travel file and support contacts.

Not included

  • Authority, visa, insurance or medical charges not expressly included in the final proposal.
  • Meals outside the confirmed hotel plan, personal transport and unlisted ziyarat.
  • Extra baggage, seat selection, upgrades and airline or hotel change penalties.
  • Personal expenses, tips, laundry, porterage and services purchased directly.
